A.J.M Elite Coaching creates an academy style level of training into the community. We are focused on developing young football players' technical and tactical abilities. At A.J.M we create high level intensive training sessions that are aimed to be fun, competitive, and challenging in a positive environment. This type of environment gives the players a better quality learning atmosphere and can push them to fulfil their potential. A.J.M Elite Coaching training sessions caters for all abilities, genders and ages and are designed to fulfil the needs of the player.

A.J.M Elite Coaches have a wide variety of coaching experience both from grass roots and all the way up to the professional game this has produce a coaching philosophy that emphasises on technical and tactical development of players as the major element to improve their game. We encourage players to become masters of the ball and aim to manipulate to the standards of greats players like Messi, Ronaldo, and Iniesta.
